75% Grenache, 15% Mataro, 10% Shiraz from Springs Hill Vineyard, Blewitt Springs.

Nose: Red fruits overlaid with smoky meat, hints of leather and liquorice root.

Palate: A beautiful line of red fruit opening with an early line of crunchy Grenache through to those darker berry notes from Mataro all fused with hints of cinnamon and subtle flecks of white pepper.

Food: Pork - Cacciatore, Jamon, Pork Belly, Roast Pork…. and healthy food too!
