Payroll is the job you want at I.P.O.S as there's nobody on there... our founder Brett is our very own 'Jack of All Trades' (and definitely master of none) taking care of winemaking, logistics, sales, marketing and he will be the person you meet should you find the time to visit... Highly awarded winemaker and all round good guy, Rob Mack lends his knowledge and palate in the winery, working closely with Brett, which we love.

Like most family business we love the idea of a succession plan, so are always happy to have the family helping out stomping grapes or sharing their thoughts, one thing they are never short of is advice or a cup to grab some freshly pressed grape juice prior to fermentation.. :-)
